Carl's birthday was looming, so we decided to have an escape in Piccolo Rose again. We headed to one of our favourite spots on the Mid North Coast, and have been there quite a few times. It's beautiful! Mind you I think they are pricing themselves out of the market. We camped on a waterfront site, above a clifftop overlooking the vast ocean. Before we left Bonny Hills, the park asked permission to put a pic of Piccolo Rose on their main Facebook header and of course we agreed and felt quite chuffed about that.
Not too long after the following pic had been posted on the Viscount Facebook site, we received a request to have it appear on a caravan valuation website because they loved it so much and they do valuations on Vintage vans — of course we agreed.
We had a wonderful time at Bonny Hills and had a lovely surprise visit from our daughter and four of our grandchildren to celebrate Carl's birthday.
