The copious amount of rubbish in the back yard of our cottage was unbelievable. You really needed to see it to believe it. Overgrown garden beds, mountains of debris, an enormous patch of out-of-control ginger plant occupying half of the yard, ancient fruit trees that had been randomly planted over many years and a 70' high cocos palm with its rotting orange berries being feasted on by itinerant bats. A real haven for snakes and rats. A yard full of dog tracks amongst weeds.
Keep your eyes peeled for the next Blog post where transformation begins.
Huge Coco palm tree filled with bats eating all the rotting orange berries
Seriously! Third world country...Carl says it is fourth world.
This dog track is the only access to the rear of the yard.
The very invasive Tacoma plant popping up everywhere and totally uncontrolled.
