We finally arrived at our holiday destination and experienced our very first set up. The new little awning worked really well but of course it is on water resistant no waterproof. So it was perfectly fine in light rain but wouldn’t be good in heavy torrential rain for days. The shade cloth was also fantastic! After this I sewed an edge of tape right around the perimeter and added eyelets for the pegs to hold it in place. And the little white table -Wow! Love it! I found this plastic cane round table at an Op Shop and it was dark cream colour. So etch plastic primed it and then sprayed it with white 2 pack paint. It’s great! Light and easy to manage and perfect for two people. We actually have two of them and sometimes we use them both, just depending on our needs at the time.
