The interior decorating details were certainly a very exciting stage of the Reno for me. I had been designing every detail in my head for so long and now it was all coming together.
Oh the baskets! Just love my baskets. The colour is perfect and a few little details added make them just 'sing'. Had a couple of decorating items I really wanted to incorporate into the decorating that were little signatures of places we had visited and loved. One was a handmade bespoke linen rose, which had been made for me in an amazing walled village called Spello in Italy. Spello and the rose had lots of meaning which held a special place in our hearts and it made sense to feature it in Piccolo 'Rose'.
Another lovely handmade linen container, crafted into the shape of a small box, also from Italy, found its forever home in the small opening next to the baskets. It is a perfect and attractive cover to a small box of tissues.
